PVcase Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions
The PVcase Customer Referral Program Terms & Conditions, last updated on 05/11/2025, define the roles, eligibility, and procedures for Referrers and Referred Customers—including submission of referrals via a specific form, attendance of a demo call, and completion of a signed service agreement with initial payment within six months—to qualify for rewards, while excluding PVcase employees and specifying operational territories and industries.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the PVcase Customer Referral Program ("Program"). By participating, the Referrer and the Referred Customer’s Lead agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- PVcase or Company: PVcase UAB, company’s code 304839853, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania, or its legal successor.
- PVcase products: PVcase services, software solutions, and licenses (including PVcase Prospect, PVcase Ground, PVcase Roof Mount, PVcase Yield), as described on https://pvcase.com/.
- Referrer: A natural person who is a member of the Program residing in a Territory where the Program is available. Employees, agents, freelancers, or representatives of PVcase and its subsidiaries are excluded.
- Referred Customer: A legal entity referred by the Referrer via the “Refer a friend” form, not a current or previous customer (with exceptions for new product purchases), must agree to and attend a Demo call within 90 days, and operate in specified industries and Territory.
- Referred Customer’s Lead: An individual employed in or engaged as a freelancer within the Referred Customer, who agrees to and attends a Demo call, holding a relevant decision-making or influential position.
- Referral: The “Refer a Friend” form, accessible at https://get.pvcase.com/referral, filled by the Referrer with required details.
- Completed Referral: A Referral that meets all criteria in Section 4.1, including a signed Service Agreement and Initial Payment within six months of Referral submission.
- Demo call: A sales interaction where PVcase presents its products to a Referred Customer.
- Initial Payment: The full sum specified in the first invoice issued under the Service Agreement.
- Existing Potential Customer: An entity that has engaged with PVcase within the past six months or has been identified as a qualified lead.
- Reward: A virtual gift card or charity donation managed by Reachdesk, valued at 150 EUR for the Referrer and 75 EUR for the Referred Customer’s Lead.
- Promotional Gift: A low-value, PVcase-branded merchandise item provided for participation.
- Sanctioned Person: Any person listed in specified international sanctions lists.
- Service Agreement: A formal, signed contract granting a Referred Customer access to PVcase products.
- Territory: The EU, UK, and US.
- Reachdesk: Reachdesk Ltd., London, England.
2. Participation and Eligibility
2.1. Referrer Eligibility
- Must reside or operate within the Territory.
- No limit to the number of Referrals.
- Must be an individual with a valid tax ID number.
- Cannot be a government official, employee of a government-owned entity, political party member/candidate, PVcase affiliate, representative of the Referred Customer, or the Referred Customer’s Lead themselves, or a Sanctioned Person.
2.2. Referred Customer’s Lead Eligibility
- Must be employed in or engaged as a freelancer within the Referred Customer.
- Must reside within the Territory.
- Must agree to and attend a Demo call within 90 days.
- Must have a valid tax ID number and not be a government official, political party member/candidate, PVcase affiliate, or Sanctioned Person.
2.3. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Prevention
- The Program is for legitimate business promotion only.
- Participants must not use the Program to offer or provide improper payments or benefits.
- By submitting a Referral, the Referrer warrants compliance with anti-bribery laws, employer policies, and conflict of interest rules.
3. Referral Process and Rules
3.1. Submission
- Referrals are submitted via the “Refer a Friend” landing page at https://get.pvcase.com/referral.
- Multiple individuals can be referred if they meet requirements.
3.2. First in Time, First in Right
- If multiple Referrers submit the same Referred Customer’s Lead, only the first submission is eligible for the Reward if criteria are met.
4. Reward and Promotional Gift Allocation and Fulfillment
4.1. Completed Referral Requirements
- Reward eligibility is granted only when all criteria for a Completed Referral are met (Service Agreement signed and Initial Payment received within six months).
4.2. Reward Delivery
- PVcase will initiate Reward fulfillment via Reachdesk within 30 days after a Referral is considered Completed.
4.3. Reward Choice
- Referrer and Referred Customer’s Lead receive an email from Reachdesk to select their Reward (gift card or charity donation). The link is valid for 30 days. Failure to register within this period forfeits the Reward.
4.4. Reward and Third-Party Services
- Rewards are managed by Reachdesk and subject to their terms (https://www.reachdesk.com/terms-and-conditions). PVcase is not responsible for the Reward or issues arising from its use.
4.5. Promotional Gift Trigger
- Promotional Gift is provided after the Referred Customer schedules and attends a Demo call within 90 days.
- The link to claim the Promotional Gift is valid for 30 days. Failure to register forfeits the right to the Promotional Gift.
5. Tax, Reporting, and Legal Compliance
5.1. Tax Responsibility
- The Referrer is responsible for all applicable taxes related to Rewards or Promotional Gifts. PVcase does not provide tax advice.
5.2. Tax Reporting
- PVcase may withhold taxes or report Reward values as required by law. Participants must provide necessary tax information.
5.3. No Partnership/Agency
- Participation does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. Program details are confidential.
6. General Terms
6.1. Modification and Termination
- PVcase may modify or terminate the Program or Terms at its discretion. Only Rewards for Completed Referrals prior to cancellation will be processed.
- PVcase may disqualify participants for non-compliance.
- Participants may terminate their participation by notifying PVcase, forfeiting any unreceived Rewards or Promotional Gifts.
6.2. Limitation of Liability
- PVcase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is the value of the disputed Reward.
6.3. Force Majeure
- PVcase is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, war, strikes).
6.4. Intellectual Property Rights
- PVcase retains all rights to its intellectual property. Participants may only use the PVcase name for submitting Referrals and informing Leads.
6.5. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The Program is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties.
6.6. Representations and Warranties
- Participants must comply with applicable law and review Terms for updates. Continued participation after amendments constitutes acceptance.
6.7. Entire Agreement
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding Program participation. Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
6.8. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are subject to the courts in Vilnius, Lithuania.
6.9. Privacy
- Participation requires submission of personal data (names, emails, company, job title, country) via the “Refer a Friend” form.
- Referrer must have explicit consent from the Referred Customer’s Lead to share their data.
- Personal data is used to contact participants and is processed in accordance with the PVcase Privacy Policy (https://pvcase.com/privacy-policy).
